I haven't updated about the Gunnar Challenge in a while.. It's going great, but I feel for myself it's not very challenging. I think if you are use to working out and you are looking for something different maybe to boost your workout.. this may be a little too easy. It's excellent for those just beginning..but as it stands right now, It's easy for me., so easy in fact that I usually do the Jillian Michaels workout right after for the 25 minute bonus that we can do.

We shall see how it progresses, I'm hoping as the weeks continue they get a little harder.
